What is your favorite kind of skirt? Do you like mini skirts, pencil, layered, long, short, etc....?

Q: And why? I love layered or cotton mini skirts that are form fitting and about 2 inches above the knee....I think all skirts are sexy too..

A: A-line skirts, knee length or shorter, are my fav, often in solid materials like denim. Make me look good, can be worn in all kind of weather, and allow me to do what I want without caring too much. Of course I like minis, too. They are girlie and cute, in particular pleated and layered. Pleated minis (esp. black ones) were for some years almost my logo. Tight leather minis are extremely sexy, I don't use them if I don't have a strong man by my side. Pencil skirts? I prefer skirts without slit, hence they cannot be too narrow and/or too long. If I don't have too walk much I sometimes use a quite narrow black leather skirt reaching a few inches below my knees. Tight on my hips and restricting my stride length, but definitely sexy.

What do men think about long pencil skirts on women?

Q: In two weeks, I am going to see my husband for the first time (He is in the military). I will be on a base with a ton of guys, so I don't want to wear anything too revealing, so I am avoiding a short skirt. I was considering a long pencil skirt. Do men still consider this to be sexy even though it shows very little leg? I want to impress my husband obviously, but I want to be dressed respectfuly when I meet the men around him.

A: it will look very classy but will still be very attractive!

Long skirts or short skirts (or equal)? Pencil ( or similar) skirts or flowy skirts?

Q: Myself, it's equal, maybe lean more towards long skirts. When I DO wear short skirts, if it's not knee-length, it's not long enough. I only wear long skirts in the winter or cold, and wear thermals under to keep warm. In the warmer weather, I'll go both ways. As for pencil or flowy, there was a time I liked pencil skirts, but now I at a phase I don't like body hugging skirts much. I prefer to wear a skirt that will twirl when I spin around. I'm a flowy skirt kind of person, even when I did like pencil skirts. I love how long flowy skirts move with me, and knee-length ones, I love them, too. I'll wear other things that hugs my body now, but not my skirts most the time. Please answer in two parts: 1. Long, short, or equal 2. Pencil ( or similar) or flowy (or equal) I forgot to add that whenever I have a chance, I like wearing petticoat under skirts to fluff it out bondgirl, ruffly is a sweet added bonus to me!

How long will pencil skirts still be in style?

A: The fashion world is unpredictable If you have a nice butt, go for it unless you are short. if you're really skinny, i dont advise against it but there are other more flattering styles. Wear it if you're curvy to show off what you have if you're more "heavy" shall we say, it will cling to unwanted places so i would also advise again; not wearing pencil skirts

Long, tight pencil skirts?

Q: Do you know where I could buy a long, tight pencil skirt? (preferably mid-calf?) I can only seem to find short, looser ones.

A: Forever 21 has an amazing selection... i was just on the website and they have some really cute ones for really good prices
